WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?
My standard listing fee is 6% of the final sales price. This is usually split between myself and a buyers agent in most cases. If you are a buyer, there is no charge and my commissions are paid out the sellers proceeds at closing.
DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?
Every transaction is different, but in most cases, you will never need a Real Estate Attorney. My job is to take the burden off you and make sure you are taken care of throughout the home buying/selling process.
HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?
I market heavily on the internet and through other conventional means as needed. Each home gets a specialized marketing plan that will help maximize its selling potential. Your home is in great hands.
